How to request a return or exchange
  1. 1Email us at info@activewearbrazil.com.au within 14 days of purchase.
  2. 2Include your reason for return, date of purchase, order number, and item description.
  3. 3Return the item within 14 days with your receipt and original packaging.
  4. 4Once received in good order, we will issue your refund or exchange.
Item condition requirements

Items must be returned with all tags and labels attached, including the hygienic seal protector for swimwear.

Items must be in excellent, unworn condition — not worn, used, dirty, damaged, washed, or laundered.

When trying on items, please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant that may leave a scent or marks.

Shipping costs are not refundable and are the customer's full responsibility.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returns apply to full priced items only within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Activewear Brazil reserves the right to decline a return if these conditions are not met.
