RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchange within 14 days on full priced items. In order to exchange or refund an item please contact us by email info@activewearbrazil.com.au . Explain why you would like to exchange or refund, date of purchase, order number and description of the item. Return the item within 14 days including your receipt. It is very important that the item has all tags and labels attached, including the hygienic seal protector in case of swimwear, and is in excellent condition. If the items appears worn, used, dirty, damaged, washed or laundered the return policy will not apply. After receiving the item in good order, we will issue a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable/payable by Activewear Brazil and is the customer's full responsibility.

Sale items are final.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
